Sarah Panzarella
Administrative & Client Support Coordinator

As the Administrative and Client Coordinator, Sarah is often the first point of contact for families at the clinic. She is passionate about creating a welcoming, supportive experience and helping families feel guided throughout their speech therapy journey.
 
Sarah approaches each family with empathy and care, and enjoys helping them feel informed, supported, and comfortable every step of the way.
 
Outside of the clinic, Sarah is a swimmer, competes in lifesaving sport, and is an avid traveller.

Diana Tsybulskaya
Administrative & Client Support Coordinator

As the Administrative & Client Support Coordinator at Pair It With Speech Services, Diana brings creativity, warmth, and a true people-first approach to her role. With a natural ability to build rapport quickly and a strong attention to detail, she helps create a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for both clients and staff.

In addition to managing client communication and daily operations, Diana contributes to the clinic’s advertising and outreach initiatives, applying her creative mindset to help strengthen the clinic’s presence within the community.

Diana is passionate about ensuring every family’s experience with Pair It With Speech Services feels seamless, supportive, and positive — from their very first contact with the clinic to ongoing care.

Outside of the clinic, Diana enjoys dancing, staying active through fitness, and building her social media platforms.

Shobana Ranjit, MHSc., SLP, Reg. CASLPO
Speech-Language Pathologist

Shobana is a registered Speech-Language Pathologist and a graduate of the University of Toronto, with a strong interest in the intersection of communication and mental health. She takes a holistic, client-centred approach to care, recognizing that communication is deeply influenced by each client’s unique experiences, environment, and emotional well-being.

Shobana is especially passionate about early intervention and language development. She has experience supporting children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other complex communication needs. Her clinical practice is grounded in evidence-based assessment and intervention, with therapy plans thoughtfully tailored to each client’s individual strengths, needs, and goals.

Having worked across diverse settings, Shobana brings a strong commitment to cultural safety and linguistic diversity. She prioritizes building respectful, collaborative relationships with clients and families, ensuring they feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

Sadé Lewis-Vella
Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA)

Sadé is a Communicative Disorders Assistant and a graduate with Honours, from Durham College’s Communicative Disorders Assistant program. She also holds an Associate of Arts in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications with a concentration in Convergence Journalism, and a Master of Journalism.

Sadé has experience supporting pediatric clients with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, social pragmatics, auditory processing, and literacy development, as well as exposure to audiology-related practices. She has worked in private practice and school settings, collaborating with families and clinicians to support individualized goals.
Passionate about client-centered care, Sadé strives to foster a positive, motivating environment for learning and communication success.

Outside of her professional work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new cuisines, and spending time with family and friends. As a former track and field athlete and youth coach, she brings dedication, patience, and teamwork to all that she does.

Michela Casimiri
Communicative Disorders Assistant (CDA)

Michela is a Communicative Disorders Assistant and a graduate with Honours from Georgian College’s Communicative Disorders Assistant program. She also holds a degree in Linguistics from York University.

Michela is passionate about working with children and has experience supporting clients of all ages with a variety of communication needs, including articulation, language, literacy, fluency, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She has provided services in both in-home and school-based settings, working collaboratively with families and clinicians to support individualized goals and meaningful progress.

Dedicated to client-centered care, Michela strives to tailor her approach to each child’s unique interests and needs while fostering a positive, engaging, and supportive therapy environment. She values involving families throughout the therapy process and celebrating each client’s growth and achievements together.

Outside of work, Michela enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, and travelling.
